PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM 1ST JANUARY 26' THE PRICE OF ALL FIRST RETREATS WILL RISE TO £200.
Our first retreats are small, welcoming gatherings designed for first time retreaters craving real connection. Whether you’re feeling a bit lost, burnt out, or simply seeking meaningful time with others, these weeks offer a gentle space to be yourself. There’s no pressure, no agenda — just time shared with kind people, nourishing food, and simple moments that remind us we’re not alone. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, seen, and a little more human.
For the remainder of the 25' season we are offering first retreater weekends at £150 (arrive Friday, leave Sunday) and some pre winter work breaks at £100 in addition to our standard first retreat offering also at £150. All details below. We hope to see you soon for your first retreat!

The 4 nights I had at The Wisp, managed to help me relax, connect with nature, make new friends and make me grateful that spaces like this exist. I didn't realise how much it was needed until I experienced it.
A safe haven to discover yourself, be vulnerable, be supported, support others, learn, be inspired, share and BE community.
So communal living? You might think that sounds awful. I'm a very private person and not once did I feel uncomfortable. You have plenty of space for yourself but it is somehow incredible to feel part of a community that blossoms out of nothing.
It is genuinely one of the best things I have ever done.
The communal living aspect of the retreat made it all the more special and helped us all to bond as a group.
The Wisp Retreat is a place of rest, relaxation and healing, of fun and laughter and sharing experiences.
As a group of strangers we soon became friends.
Bring yourself and be prepared to connect with others, nature and feel inner peace.
